Explotris

Explotris is an enjoyable block game very similar to Tetris, but this one has bombs and firecrackers inserted in the blocks that help you make these blocks disappear more easily.

It also has some other special features, like colored blocks that give you extra points when forming lines with them.

As in any Tetris-like game, the objective is to score as many points as possible, before the blocks reach the limit, in order to appear in the high-scores table. This game has only one level, which ends when your blocks reach the limit. There are no significant changes in the game, as you progress, apart from the speed of the falling blocks which increases with time.

The game has simple but nice graphics with cool sound effects, but annoying music that, fortunately, can be turned off, as well as the sound effects. It is also very easy to control, since you move and twist the blocks with keyboard arrows and the space bar to make the bombs explode. As you can see, Explotris is a simple but enjoyable game to have some fun, but it should not be considered seriously.
